Five 17-storey sectional residential houses with basements and technical attics and territory improvements.
The buildings' capacity is 2077 people. The configuration of residential buildings is due to the conditions and geometry of the territory, the existing and new roads. On the houses' territory there are open areas with playgrounds and recreations, there are also two garbage collectors' zones and parking lots for the residents.
Apartments are located on the ground floors of the buildings 1 and 2, commercial spaces are on the ground floors of buildings 3-5. Each section has 2 elevators with a carrying capacity of 400 and 630 kg, elevator halls and evacuation N2 type smokeproof staircase with emergency entrances from each floor and an outward exit. The staircases have natural light on each floor.
The height of residential floors is 3 m, technical floors - 1.8 m, the basements - 2.6 m. The structural scheme of buildings is monolithic reinforced-concrete beamless braced framework. The spatial rigidity and stability of buildings are provided by absolutely rigid in its plane disks slabs, that are united with monolithic walls of staircases and elevators units, and pylons, that are also rigidly clamped into planar foundation grillage and form the united spatial system.
The facades are made of ceramic granite tiles mainly in monochrome colors schemes with shades of white and gray. At the ends of buildings and in the details of the facades the bright accents of the characteristic section colors are used.
