20 Ryazansky Prospect, Moscow, Russia
At the disposal of the customer was a land near Ryazansky Prospect Street. It already had a monolithic stylobate built according to the old project. It was necessary to take into account the dimensions of the existing constructions.
The maximum concentration of pedestrians occurs at the corner of Ryazansky Prospect and 2nd Vyazovsky Proyezd. It determined the orientation of the funnel of the main entrance.
The solid glazing is complemented with round racks installed at different angles with a repeating frequency. They give a slight industrial shade to the appearance of the building.
On the exploited roof of the trade part of the building there is an artificial lawn with an access from office locations.
On the ground floor there is the anchor tenant area, the passage to it is carried out along the windows of smaller tenants. On the second floor of the trade zone, there are looped galleries. On the third floor there are tenants who provide food and entertainment services. It is possible to accomodate a large store of specialized goods ("Sportmaster", for example).
The block of office premises is located on the floors from the second to the fourth. There is a parking zone on two underground floors.
The main space forms an atrium with skylights, bridges and recreation areas. Vertical communication is organized with escalators and elevators. Above the main entrance there is a glassed space with a food-court.
Outside the stained glass of the food-court a media facade is arranged. The surfaces of deaf facades can be used for night video projections.
