The office building will be built on the place of the dismantled administrative building. In addition to it, a new large warehouse building is located on the territory.

It was decided to orient the main facade inside the territory to secure employees and customers from aggressive influence of the industrial zone nearby.
The building is rectangular, it has three floors, the dimensions in the axes are 18 x 84.7 m. On the ground level under its main volume there is parking lot for 44 cars. |

Above the ground there are administrative offices and showrooms for demonstration of products.
On the second and third floors there are offices, bathrooms (2 for men and 2 for women), staff rooms, bar, lobby, reception, security post, showroom, 3 staircases and an external staircase leading to long outer galleries. |
