House in Troitsk
April 2016

Troitsk, Moscow, Russia

The customer turned to a building company to build 1 story house made of SIP panels. At the same time, he rejected all the plans proposed by the company. He wanted to make the house space as functional as possible, and he asked me for it. The required planning solution was found, and the company placed it on its website.

In addition, the owner was offered two color versions for the facades - more common light and dark grey, as well as a decorative pediment, to diversify the simplicity of the orthogonal roof of the main facade.

SIP panels consist of OSB boards and facade expanded polystyrene. They are preliminarily cut at the factory, and then quickly assembled on the site. As the basis of the house galvanized piles are used.

Total area: 168 m2
