The reconstructed building is located in the Park of Culture and Recreation "Severnoye Tushino" on the shore of the Khimki reservoir. The project involves reconstruction of the existing two-storey building for school of cabin boys. |
On the ground floor there are 2 study rooms, lounge with a cocktail bar, bathrooms and stairs. On the first floor there are two audiences, hall and bathroom.
The reconstruction includes insulation and decoration of facades, construction of new roof with expressive overhangs and creation of original outdoor terraces and stairways.
